Creating & Connecting Art’s Retreat

Our cook is Kate Fisher.

If you have special dietary needs, please bring your own food.  Fridge space and a microwave will be available.

Payment:

Lodging prices and arrangements listed lower on the form. Shared rooms are to be arranged by retreaters.
Full Retreat including meals $150.00 plus lodging in Kinney Memorial Lodge.
Full Retreat including meals $150.00 excluding lodging.
Full Retreat excluding meals $75.00 plus lodging in Kinney Memorial Lodge.

Submit registration by 5 pm. March 22. We require a minimum of 20 people registered for this retreat to proceed.  If we need to cancel it, you will receive a full refund; however, if you need to cancel $50 will be retained to cover rental costs.

6:00 Dinner

 

·         Caesar salad and vegetable tray

·         Lasagna

·         Apple Crisp for dessert

 

 

All items will be set up by 5:30 p.m.

Saturday    
 

9:00 breakfast

 

 

·         Tea, coffee, water

·         Muffins

·         Butter & preserves

·         Fruit bowl

·         Baked Oatmeal

 

All items will be set up by 8:45 a.m.

 

Coffee and tea set up throughout the morning.

 

 

12:30 lunch

 

·         Tomato Soup & Ham vegetable soup

·         Cold cuts and cheese

·         Fixins (mayo, butter, mustard …)

·         Home baked buns

·         Bread pudding

 

All items will be set up by 12:00

 

buffet style. 

 

 

6:00 Dinner

 

·         Broc salad (bacon & nuts)

·         Green tossed salad

·         Pineapple salad

·         Cheese scallop potatoes

·         Sliced ham

·         Chocolate cheese cake for dessert

 

All items will be set up by 5:30

  • *There is a queen sized bed and a bunk bed in each room. You will need to bring your own linen or a sleeping bag as well as pillow cases and a towel. There are private and spacious bathrooms equipped with tub or shower within close proximity to all of the rooms. Please indicate if you need a room directly next to, or across from a bathroom. Also indicate if you are unable to climb stairs.
