Family Camp – July 12-20, 2025

Lodging

All lodging or RV campsites are booked through our new reservation system at www.letscamp.ca on a first-come, first-served basis. 

To book your lodge room or campsite:

1) Go to www.letscamp.ca
2) Search for “Arlington Beach Camp”
3) Enter in what information you are looking for and which dates (ie. lodging, tent, or RV, dates you’re looking for, how many attendees). 

4) Enter the code “FAMILYCAMP2024” in the promo code area to access dates between July 19-29, 2024.
5) Use either the Map or List function to find the room or site that meets your needs.
6) “Add to Cart” and then proceed to the cart to pay for your booking. (You will need to create an account for Let’s Camp if you’ve never used it before).

Registration Deadline 

Pre-registration is required, and the registration deadline is June 30, 2025 

Facility/Programming Fee 

Facility/Programming Fee covers access to Arlington Beach Camp’s outdoor and indoor buildings, washrooms, beach, sports field, Big Tent, children’s activities, camp activities, and programming for the day. The fee is not charged for either Sunday, July 13 (arrival day) or Sunday, July 20 (departure day). Those attending for the full week (July 13-20) will pay for 6 days. 

Registration: $13/person/day (Ages Nursery to Adult) 

We want everyone to have an opportunity to attend Family Camp. Please contact us about volunteer or sponsorship opportunities if you need financial assistance to attend camp.  

Meals

A menu will be made available at a later date.

Free BBQ: Sunday, July 12th – Arrival Night

Meals are served in the Kinney Memorial Lodge Dining Hall from Monday, July 14 breakfast to Sunday, July 20 lunch. Meal prices include GST and PST. Meals must be purchased by June 30, 2025 by completing the registration form above.
