We welcome you to join our discipleship team as summer staff! Each year, we bring together a team of 30+ summer staff to serve the children and families that come to Arlington Beach Camp. When you choose to spend your summer here, you are choosing to join a team of dedicated staff that love God and love others.
It will be one of the most challenging – and rewarding – jobs you will ever hold. You will help your campers learn more about Jesus and deepen their commitment to Him. What a blessing to be a part of your campers’ faith journey!
Summer Staff Positions
Camp Coordinator (18 years and older) – TBA
Maintenance Worker (18 years and older) – TBA
Admin Assistant (16 years and older) – TBA
Beach Lifeguard (16 years and older) – TBA
Cabin Leader (16 years and older) – TBA
Kitchen Helper (15 years and older) – TBA
Housekeeping Aide (15 years and older) – TBA
Leader-In-Training (14 years and older) – Volunteer
**Room and board will be deducted from the hourly wages listed above.
How to Apply
Summer staff are selected through an application process including an online application, interview, and reference checks. If you 18 and over, you will need to submit a Criminal Record Check. Applicants must be at least 15 years old. Once hired, staff are required to attend staff training in the first week of July. Summer staff are employed until August 2025.

Reference Checks
Please provide the names and full contact information for one pastoral reference and two adult references over 21 who are not relatives. Please have these individuals complete the reference form found below. Advise your references of the position for which you are applying.
